My work gave notice that I am leaving the country so I am urgently looking for a lease take over. The unit would be available from August 11 2025 to March 18 2026. The landlord loves long term tenants so I wouldn't see them wanting you to leave :)

I absolutely love this home and its great for flatting. There is a large master bedroom upstairs with an en-suite and walk in closet. Upstairs is also the kitchen and living room with a balcony.
Downstairs are two identical rooms with built in closets and a shared bathroom.

2 car garage with an additional outdoor space

Large deck outside and garden running the width of the house.

If somone can commit by July 15th I will pay $500 towards your bond!
