Our downstairs 2 bdrm largely furnished flat is available for rent. The rent per week is inclusive of wifi and electricity/gas. Nice sunny outlook, close to the Wadestown shops and bus stop. Warm, insulated - with heat pump, recently renovated (2019/20). 2 decent sized bedrooms. Large living area with Kitchenette. Small combination oven that can also be used as a microwave, as well as a double induction hub, rice cooker and electric frypan (if wanted).

We live upstairs and have a couple of kids and a dog. So we are looking for people who are kid and dog friendly and who will look after the place well. The flat is separate other than a shared laundry.

We are very flexible regarding length of stay and would be happy with short term arrangements.
