We are looking for someone to flat in our ground floor space in our house. Fully private with its own entrance, spacious lounge, double bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. The lounge has a sunny window seat looking out into the garden. There is a small courtyard and a backyard with washing line which is a shared space (for access to shed and garden maintenance).

$360 per week + $40 to cover power, water and unlimited fibre. ($60 for a couple)
