Its a 2 minute drive to the local New World, the famous Island Bay Butchery and cafes, doctor. 2 minute stroll to the beach. Minutes from Island Bay and St Francis de Sales primary schools and a 5 minute drive or Uber from the Airport.

Not sure how/when any viewings can be done yet, will either arrange for them to happen when we get back to Level 2, or for those very keen, could possibly arrange a Zoom call with the current tenant?

The house is available from the 11th of May. The current tenants are leaving early to return to their home country and be with family who are unwell.
