We are moving from our current 2-bedroom spot on The Terrace (Elmscourt Flats). Best part - our amazing landlords have allowed us to have a cat AND small dog (that are well behaved obviously).

The place is a large, super spacious 2-bedroom purpose-built apartment (max 4 tenants) with two entrances and outdoor areas, heat pump, private balcony, shower and bath, separate toilet, gas cooking, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is also an optional garage park for $35 per week.

Rent is $600 per week and lease will be 12 months, with the option of renewing. This apartment block is owned by private landlords so they are super friendly, responsive and really just leave you to it!

We really don’t want to move but have family coming to live with us in a few months which means we need a bigger place. We’ve enjoyed living so close to the city in a sunny, solid apartment.

We are flexible with move in dates but would want someone to move in BEFORE mid-June.
