Tidy 3 bedroom townhouse with a good sized private backyard. In a great location, it is an easy walk to town, good schools and super close motorway access. A green belt over the back fence and nice neighbours complete the picture. Previous tenants stayed for 5 and 7 years.

This house is situated a quiet alcove. One of the neighbours is elderly/home all day, so to keep everyone's lives happy you will need to be respectful of this, eg if you have a dog that barks a lot or you like to hold lots of loud parties I don't see it working...... ;-)

DVS, woodburner and large single garage. Pets are negotiable. No smokers.

Suitable for a maximum of 4 tenants. House is 90m2.
