Welcome to our lovingly restored, immaculate character cottage situated in a quiet heritage inner city street, just 5 minutes walk into our cool little capital.

We are presently offering our guests 1-3 month tenancies. If you require longer, we would consider rolling your tenancy for a further 3 months. Our weekly rate includes power and gas capped at $200 per month, extra fast WIFI, use of all linen and the commercial cleaning fee on departure. However we do expect that you would leave our property in the excellent condition that you found it in.

You are perfectly positioned to enjoy all that our vibrant city offers including a wide range of amenities - award winning restaurants, Te Papa, Museums, supermarket, a range of theatres, waterfront market and retail shops. Wellington hospital is a 30 minute walk away, the Airport a convenient 10 minute drive, and the bus stop which includes the Airport Flyer, a 3 minute walk.
