The property is situated on a back section and in a quiet and friendly grove, the neighbours are very nice. The house has three-bedrooms, one-bathroom, separate toilet, separate laundry, good size kitchen plus dining room, good size lounge. The carpet is pretty much at the end of its life and is on our priority list to replace but is thoroughly clean.
The section is fully fenced but driveway access is open, (no gate). There is a good double garage plus concrete parking space for one more car, plus there is a small metal shed. No pets thank you.
