Rent Rates for 2025
- Short term stay (4-13 weeks): $334/week
- Flash Sale: Long term stay (14 weeks or more): $284/week!

A minimum 4-week lease is required to secure a room.

What’s Included:
- Electricity, internet, and central heating during winter
- Deposit: 4-week bond + 1-week rent in advance + $99 internet connection fee
- Fully furnished bedrooms with single bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe
- Apartment common area with sofa, dining table, washer, fridge/freezer, and kitchen essentials
