The rent is included unlimited internet. Power & water bills will be sent to you by the end of each month.

Outdoor carpark right down the building is available for rent at an additional cost of $80/week.

Maximum tenants: 4.

Minimum lease 3 months.

Move in cost: 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance.
