"It has been really lovely living in this 3 bedroom house. The location is great, with easy access to the city, & added bonus the close proximity to the Eastern Bay beaches. There is a public bus stop just up the road which makes it super convenient. The house has a lovely deck, which gets full sun during the Summer months - so truly lovely to have breakfast & evening meals on. We essentially lived out there during Summer. The French doors allow really good airflow into the lounge & kitchen area, & there is a lot of light which is perfect, especially during the Winter months. The house has everything you need, & meets all the current requirements for renters and meets the healthy homes initiative.

Victor has recently put in double glazed windows in all the bedrooms, with the position of the back two rooms, this means that during the Winter months the sun warms the room & captures the warmth. Victor is an incredible communicator, & very receptive & reactive should you need anything at all. It truly has been a pleasure living at this property, but unfortunately due to change in circumstance we have to move on. Whoever moves in, will be very lucky with the home & dealing with Victor.
