Hey Jim and Judy thanks heaps. Here’s our 3 main reasons we chose your flat.

1. Unreal location – Right in the heart of North Dunedin and very close to uni, so you can walk to lectures, the library, and nights out. Being surrounded by other uni students also means it’s easy to stay social and feel part of the student scene.

2. Great social setup – With two 5-person flats stacked together (10 people total), there’s always something going on. It creates a fun, lively atmosphere and makes it easy to meet people, host things, and enjoy the classic student flat experience.

3. Sunlight – The flat gets lots of sunlight, which makes a big difference to enjoying the backyard, mood and helps the place feel warmer and more livable overall.
