Furnished studio with 1 bathroom (including queen size bed, mattress, 2 wardrobes, a dinning table, 2 chairs, sofa, 2 bedside tables, small fridge and Microwave) and kitchenette (no stove will be provided)**.

Bus stops, Parks, Four Square convenient store, laundromat, restaurants close by, Pakuranga Plaza 2 min drive, Botany Downs Centre, 5 min drive.

Rate for Single person: $260 per week (including rent, power, water and unlimited Fibre internet) (extra $10 per week for power if you need to use your own heater during winter between June to August)

Cost of moving in : bond (2 weeks rent) + 1 week rent in advance

No pets, No smokers (both inside and outside of the property), No party, no friend stay over without landlord’s consent and no loud music, please.
