Our 3 bedroom whare is set on 5Ha and has had a recent EQC make over. It comes with a new 24kw wood burner, is snug in winter and has heaps of cupboard storage space, a walk in Pantry + 2 bedrooms have huge wardrobes.

Furnishings include; 2x Queen beds + 1 single, beside tables, lamps, desks, chest of draws, washing machine, couches, chairs, dining table, outside furniture, BBQ, iron and ironing board, new linen towels and duvets, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.

The property is 9km north of Kaikoura very private, surrounded in native bush. Pets are OK. We have two Sheep, 2 Hereford cows and a goat in fenced paddocks. Our property manager lives on site in a self contained apartment.

Viewing of our 3 Bedroom house with large lounge, dining space and big wrap around NW facing porch is available by appointment from 4pm Thursday April 4th.

The base rate for our house is:
$350 a week unfurnished.
$375 a week furnished.
$440 a week furnished with power and broadband.

NB We would prefer to rent furnished.
Also broadband and power is shared on site.
