This is a private rental and will be on a long term basis. The garage has an automatic garage door + workshop. There is also a chook pen, fruit trees, small garden areas, (low maintenance) woodshed.
Can come semi-furnished- QS bed, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tv and cabinet.
