Really good sea views, 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes, downstairs flat, old large kitchen and bathroom, very big living area, off-street car park right next to the front door, outdoor garden and lawn, heat pump. there is an upstairs flat with very quiet person living there, no-load music or parties ever please this is a quiet place. Mature persons only for long term lease, if possible. It has really good sea views from the living area and the large kitchen, but it is below average condition inside, tenants welcome to do their own redecorating.
