We are losing our tenants of five years! They have loved living in this warm sunny home in the heart of Kelburn.
The house is divided into two levels: the living level and the bedroom level. There are four bedrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite. The bathroom actually has a bath and a separate shower, and a large vanity. There is also a separate toilet with basin (a powder room) on the living floor.
The large kitchen extends into an alcove laundry area complete with washing machine and drier and large stainless-steel bench. The kitchen has plenty of bench space, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, refrigerator and separate vertical deep freeze.
There is a separate dining room which leads to window seat area and onto a deck overlooking the Glen of Kelburn.
The lounge is large with gorgeous views over to the north.
There is a large lawn area and beautiful gardens which the landlord looks after.
