Our downstairs 2 bdrm largely furnished flat is available for rent. The 500 rent per week is inclusive of wifi and electricity. Nice sunny outlook, close to the Wadestown shops and bus stop. Renovated in 2019/20. Warm, insulated - with heat pump. 2 decent sized bedrooms. Large living area with Kitchenette. Small combination oven that can also be used as a microwave, as well as a portable induction hub and electric frypan.

We live upstairs and have a couple of kids and a dog. So we are looking for people who are kid and dog friendly and who will look after the place well. We are very flexible regarding length of stay and would be happy with short term arrangements.
