We’ve just finished a massive renovation on our Sandringham home, but as luck (and timing) would have it, we’re heading overseas for a few years. As only the second owners since this house was built in the 1940s, we’ve poured our hearts into making this a space we truly wanted to live in.

The Layout
Main House: 3 bedrooms and 2 high-spec bathrooms (including a bathtub). Freshly renovated, fully insulated, double-glazed, and fitted with a heat pump.

The Granny Flat: A separate, granny flat/studio with its own third bathroom -perfect for a proper home office, guest wing, or a bit of separation for older children. You can access the Granny without entering the main house.

The Garden (The Highlight)
The backyard is a total oasis. It features a stunning native garden that backs directly onto Gribblehurst Park, so it feels like your private parkland just keeps going and going. It’s a massive, private green space that’s rare to find in the city.

Furnishings & Pets
Furnished Preferred, but we’re happy to discuss unfurnished options for the right fit. All whiteware is included.

Pet-Friendly: We know pets are family. There’s a cat door already installed, and the section is fully enclosed for a dog.

The Location
Located in the heart of Sandringham. It’s an easy walk to Eden Park, St Lukes, the local village shops, and some of the best cafes in Auckland.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who will enjoy the house and the garden as much as we do. We are open to different living setups-if the house feels right for you, please come and take a look. Honestly, we’re gutted to be leaving so soon after finishing the reno.
