The spacious sleepout in the back then sleeps an additional 2 people with a queen bed, ensuite, and sofa with another television (for those larger groups).
Both the house and sleepout are insulated, with a heatpump in the house and a portable heater in the sleepout.
Power, water, internet, Netflix and gas are included in the price (with reasonable usage caps).
