Our beautiful, recently built (2017) 4-bedroom house is now available for rent. The house has unobstructed views to the reserve behind it and has all day sun.

The master bedroom has an attached walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite. The other three rooms (two double and one single bedroom) each come with built-in wardrobes and share the main bathroom - fully equipped with a separate bath, shower and toilet. We used the smaller bedroom as a study and have a large oak work desk and executive chair available to use at the property if required.

Living, dining and kitchen is an open plan space which faces out to the reserve with a large sliding door and well-appointed windows to capture the views and the sun. The kitchen was built to modern specs and comes with a large stone bench-top and island, dishwasher, built-in oven, gas cooktop, a range hood and lots of storage space. The living space is heated with a heat pump and a cantilever TV wall mount supporting TV's up to 75 inches.

The living room opens on to the patio and on to a freshly stained deck which hosts a great entertainment area with lounge furniture and a large sunshade for those hot summer days.

The house also has an attached double garage with internal access to the house, laundry area and a dog door that opens to a fully fenced yard. In addition to the garage, there is plenty of off-street parking outside the house for any additional cars.

The house has fibre connection for internet, piped gas and continuous hot water supply.
