Ideal for a family living, we have brought our two children up here and will be sad to leave! This house is warm, bright, easy living - all the work has been done to make it a lovely home to live in. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac we have been lucky with awesome neighbours and being on the border of Waterview, the location is super handy, only 10mins off peak into town or Ponsonby.

A covered deck overlooking the lawn is a big advantage for indoor outdoor flow. The kitchen, living area and garden, with a north-west facing position, are bathed in all day sun. Flat fully fenced lawn, playground in the park next door and close access to city bike paths.

Alarmed, fully fenced and secure with monitored security system front, side and back of house. We will consider a cat but no dogs allowed.

Bedrooms are all a good size, we will continue to update with more photos over the weekend (: Bathroom is also a full family sized bathroom + there is a separate powder room - so 1.5 bathrooms.
