Pets will be considered. They must be applied for and approved by the landlord prior to the tenancy starting. Any future pets will also need to be approved in advance by the landlord & added to the agreement

Inside/outside dogs will be considered, however be aware that the lawns can become very wet during winter and may not be suitable for dogs
Landlord would meet any dogs that are being considered - be aware that we have high standards for dog training and obedience

Tenancy will be managed via MyRent, therefore the ability to use email for the majority of communication is essential
