Two bedrooms with queen size beds in both. You will need to provide bedding linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels) although this can be provided by arrangement. Duvets and pillows are provided. Some larger art work (floral) has been added in the bedrooms (viewable in one of the photos).
The kitchen is fully implemented and modern.
A large deck complete with outdoor furniture and a Weber BBQ is available. A beautiful place to sit and look out over the lake.
Large 50”+ TV with Freeview box is available along with PlayStation. Sonos speaker is wifi enabled so you can stream music to it. Wifi ( fibre) is available by arrangement.
The bathroom has a nice shower, heated towel rail and heated floor. A washer/ dryer is also in the bathroom.
In a separate lockup, you have a ski locker approx 2100H x 1000D x 600W .
Although theoretically the apartment could sleep four people , it is limited by having only one car park. ( possibly two). There is no ability to park on Frankton Road. This means it’s not really suited to 3-4 independent flat mates. Ideally suits a couple.
