Nestled at the end of Woodside Road, Massey next to the estuary with bush-like surroundings, this a great spot.

Location is key, situated close to transport, parks, local dairy, supermarket, and schools. This is very much the up-and-coming area of Massey, on the cusp of Henderson and being close to the Lincoln Road shopping and commercial precinct and motorway on-ramps.

There is a community park at walking distance and a copious little stream running behind the house to give you that enchanting feeling of home.

The house is sitting on a beautiful flat section surrounded by lots of lush trees and bushes to give you privacy and a fully secure fenced backyard to entertain your little ones.

Please also note this is a half share of a full 6 bedroom house. Second half is occupied by my parents .. So you have a shared wall and a door joining two portions which is locked. Both units have seperate access. We have a check meter installed on our side for electricity and water bill is shared as per number of members living on either sides. Parents are very timid, quiet and non interfering.. Flatmates who lived there in past always said they never even realised that someone is next door.. :) except when the tenants wanted to be friends themselves..
