I am looking to rent the upstairs of my home while I am renovating downstairs. It is a furnished 2 bedroom batch with completely separate entrance, only the garage laundry would be shared. I am looking for a short term rental of up to 90 days. It is available from the 19th. Water and internet included, power bill will be shared. It is on Papamoa Beach Road with a beach access just outside, perfect for a summer holiday. It is behind another house from the beach so there is not much road noise. The surf club is also a short walk down the beach if you want to swim between the flags.
