Our lovely tenants have moved on so we are looking for another tenant who is respectful, very tidy, professional and will treat our home as if it were their own.

Tidy 3 bedroom home with character in a quiet and safe area with beautiful views out to the coast. Fireplace, new heat transfer system, recently renovated bathroom, plenty of off street parking plus garage space and a lovely vege garden. Less than 5mins walk to the Hospital - could suit DHB staff well.
Absolutely no drugs, smoking, vaping. This is not a party house as all of our neighbours are older and appreciate the peace the area provides.
We can also negotiate a lawn contractor to maintain gardens if you are not able to.

We use this online site 'MyRent' to manage our tenancy - if you are successful, this is where you will sign agreements, inspections and find information about the tenancy - you will be expected to be able to use this as it makes communication much easier for both of us.

RENT DETAILS:
- $600 per week. Move in costs are 4 weeks bond + 2 weeks of rent paid in advance.
- Excellent references and a good credit rating are a must.
- Pets negotiable.
