Sea-views gives this property a retreat like feeling as well as the lush gardens, birdlife and large deck to relax on and enjoy the peace.

It’s a modern, warm building, with double glazing, bifolds opening out over the entire deck, Lovely high ceilings give it a spacious & bright feel.

The owners live up the hill from the property and use the barn nearby.
Other than that you have your own piece of secluded paradise.

We are looking for a conscious single or couple who love pottering in the garden and don’t mind mowing their own bit of lawn.

As we have spent 5 years building birdlife here, and have free ranging hens - animals are not permitted.
