The ideal tenant would be a quiet and considerate single working professional. Must like children as there are 2 young ones that live in the main house. We also have 2 dogs & cats. Smokers are allowed but must smoke outside at all times.
This unit is $350 pw and this includes reasonable power usage & Wi-Fi.
Move in costs are, 3 weeks Bond and 1 week rent in advance.
