Lovely and warm new built house just waiting to hear from Council to get consent for renting. This is in its last stages and should be ready in next 2 weeks. All up to Healthy Home Standards with new heatpump installed as well. A large new deck has nearly been built which will provide all day sun, especially on these long summer days.
