I am inviting an expression of interest to potential boarders in a 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom house centrally located in Warkworth on Coquette Street. Please complete application with all necessary details on the link at myRent website.

The house layout- consists of three levels -
(a) Ground Floor has Studio unit with it's own kitchenette and bathroom (suitable for 1 or 2 occupants).
(b) Middle Floor has Lounge, Modern Kitchen, Dining plus One Bedroom and Bathroom with separate toilet.
(c) Top Floor has 2 good sized bedrooms and a shower/toilet between them.

I am a 27 year old single male living in the middle floor and inviting boarders for ground floor self-contained studio and 2 top-floor Bedrooms who may share kitchen, dining and living area with me.

Boarding cost:
(a) Ground-floor-self-contained-Studio unit - $ TBA (single occupant),
(b) Top-floor - $ TBA each room (single occupancy) OR Can be rented together.

Boarding cost includes fair and reasonable use of utilities (water, power and internet). Three weeks bond/security deposit and 1 week rent in advance.

Shortlisted candidate will require to give consent for credit and reference checks.
