It has a single bed and desk, fully functioning kitchen and bathroom. The laundrette, $3 a wash and dry, is located down the hallway. You just need to bring your own linen to move in.

The building is secure and quiet. This unit is ground floor and faces the road.

There is no parking so would suit a student or single without a car. It is a short walk to the university, and the supermarket and britomart are not far away.

The current tenant leaves on the 15th of March, and the apartment is available from anytime after that. Viewings are available by request and arrangement with the current tenant.

Tenancy is periodic to give the tenant flexibility, move in costs are 4 weeks bond and first weeks rent.

Hotwater is included, just pay for power (approx. $15 a week) and internet/data (currently $29 a month in the building).
