We have lived in this townhouse/unit for a few years now and it really has been a great place to live. Good sized unit with a bottom floor for the garage and one bedroom, two bedrooms and bathroom in the middle level and lounge, kitchen and two balconies on the top floor. Ample room for a BBQ and table outside. Unit including bathroom and kitchen we renovated only a few years ago. Good privacy.

The location of this unit is one of the best parts. 5 minutes walk to Ponsonby Central. In addition to the single garage there is residential parking on the street for an additional car.

Comes with some furniture - TV is installed on the wall so it can stay, kitchen table, fridge, washing machine and dryer.

Currently running Fibre Internet.

Ideally looking for a couple to rent our property.
