The living area is on the top story and there is a large garage under the house. The house has open plan dining lounge area. Kitchenette has a 2 element cooker and a benchtop oven. Bedroom off the lounge, walk through wardrobe off the bedroom into the bathroom which has toilet and shower (not bath). A woodburner is in the lounge that easily heats the whole house. Peaceful rural outlook with all day sun into the late afternoon. The jetty is at the end of the property past two other houses that share use of the driveway and the jetty.

It is a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood and the ideal tenant will also be quiet and peaceful.

Power and internet not included in the rent. Best suited to one person or a couple. No pets.
