This home has 4 good sized bedrooms, the largest of them all is in it's own wing and has its own ensuite - this is the perfect room for parents, grandparents or teenagers!

There are 2 bathrooms, one is the main family bathroom with a new bath and new toilet, and the second is the ensuite attached to the additional bedroom as described above with a shower and toilet.

The home has a large wood burner in the dining area which is connected to both the kitchen and lounge - current and previous tenants have told us this does a good job heating the home. It has been cleaned out yearly.

There is an option to have pets - they will be considered upon application and is NOT a guarantee. The back yard HUGE (500sqm) and is fully fenced for animals, and kids.

The home has a 2 car garage ideal for storage, firewood and 1 or 2 vehicles.
