The large peaceful outdoor patio lends itself to enjoying long summer days sipping chilled wines, bbqs and beers with friends while enjoy the valley views. The lock up garage with purposely built ski drying room has space for your vehicle, bikes and ski storage. There is a washing machine and dryer in garage as well.

Please note, all furniture, appliances and cookware are for your complimentary use only. It comes with the condition as it is and it is your responsibility to maintain, repair or replace if need.

There is a new TV dongle with Freeview channels and smart apps— you will need your own account if need access Netflix or Neon or Sky sports etc. No garden maintenance, it is looked after by body corporate, they also look after exterior windows and chimney cleaning.
