This 2 bedroom home will be available from early/mid July until mid December 2026 approximately. Minimum tenancy is 30 days. It is fully furnished, including duvet covers and towels. It is usually tenanted by people new to Christchurch who need a temporary home until they have found something more permanent.
The house is free standing with a small fully fenced garden. It is currently tenanted so we won't disclose the exact location but it is just around the corner from Burnside High School. Burnside Primary school and Cobham Intermediate are within walking distance, so is Jelly Park Recreation and Sports Center. The University of Canterbury and Christchurch Airport are less than 10 minutes drive away.
