Have an outdoor area for BBQ and visitors as well as a small garden with vegetables and fruits trees, so tenants are require to look after the garden and outside space.

You will leave mostly by yourself.
Long term rental $450 per week plus expenses.
Place is semi furnished, and preferably rent it with the existing furniture,but can be discussed.

Move in cost, 2 weeks in advance and 4 weeks bond.
Require: References, proof of income, ID of adults moving in.
