We are wanting to find tenants for our family home in Fenton Park from June 2026 to start of Jan 2027. It is fully furnished with a fire place, a great covered outdoor living area and lovely private gardens. For the right tenants we would be open to storing some of our furniture.

Fenton Park is one of the best locations in Rotorua - you can bike/walk to the Whakarewarewa forest and access it's world class mountain bike trails without getting in the car. The dog park is a 10 minute walk away and town with all it's ammenities is a short cycle or drive away. The house is on a quiet culdesac with friendly and quiet neighbours.

We are looking for a couple or family who are wanting short-term accommodation in Rotorua - maybe you are needing somewhere to stay for a short-term work contract? Or are thinking of moving to Rotorua and want to try it out? Please get in touch if this is you - we could be open to the length of the tenancy to accommodate the right person/people.
