We are looking for flatmate tenants in this newly built healthy home compliant terrace house. The house has 4 Bedrooms (2 on 1st floor and 2 on 2nd floor) and 2.5 bathrooms (full bathrooms on 1st & 2nd floor, powder room / toilet on ground floor) and car parking available.

All Bedrooms are full sized double bedrooms with built in closet. There are additional storage spaces on each floor and a terrace backyard for extended outdoor living. 2 Heatpumps installed to ensure the unit is always comfortable to live in throughout the year.

Ideal term is 1 year but will consider 6+ months length of stay.

Owner is Filipino / Chinese and we are looking for like-minded working professionals to join our flat.

Rent as follow:
- $220 per week for individual unfurnished
- $250 per week for couples unfurnished
Excluding utilities, water, internet (all bills will be shared fairly across all flatmates)
Home will be furnished in shared spaces incl. refrigerator, laundry, dryer, sofa, dining table/chairs.
+$20 per week for furnished option for brand new Bedframe + Mattress + Bed
side tables.

Total rental costs = Bond (2 weeks rent) + Rent (1 week in advance)

Currently one off-street carpark is available and will be allocated to first secured tenant. First come first serve. Plenty of on street carpark located adjacent to the main street.
