This is quite independent and semi furnished flat as part of 2 storey house. We are a couple with 10 months old living on upper level. We both work in IT industry as software engineer. Our house is fully fully fenced and has secure gate with intercom and bell. The flat faces the garden. The house has HRV duct connected in lounge from the main house, so this is quite ventilated.

Ideal Tenants : Working couple who pays rent on time and keep our house clean and tidy as our previous tenants have kept :-) We love to catchup once in a while for good chat and tea/coffee/drink.
