When advertising your property on you have an option to display your full address or to show the suburb only. For best results, we would generally recommend showing the full address. But if you'd like to "hide" your address, please follow the steps below

Step 1: Go to your chosen listing

Step 2: Select Edit listing

Step 3: Under the Property address, untick the option to show the street number

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update.

We will automatically send requests to all the advertising sites to update this selection. The change can take a couple of hours to take effect as different sites have different processing times. Please note that Homes.co.nz requires all addresses to be visible. Therefore, when you choose not to show the full property address, we cannot post your listing to Homes.co.nz. If your advertisement has already been created and is live you will just need to contact myRent support hello@myrent.co.nz if you would like your listing removed from homes.co.nz and Facebook which will also display the address

If the advert hasn't been created, you can simply choose not to show the street address when entering the listing description.
