myRent’s interactive condition reports allow you to easily capture and record the general state of repair and condition of your rental property at the beginning and end of the tenancy.

Interactive Inspection Reports

The completed initial condition report and future inspection reports build a thorough and accurate history of property condition.

myRent’s inspection report templates are easily accessible online on any device. They are designed to follow physical property inspections room by room, item by item, with possibility to add notes and comments. myRent’s inspection reports highlight each room in the property and allow landlords and tenants to record the condition of all fixtures and fittings. Anything broken or worn can be easily noted down and used as a point reference to avoid potential future disputes.

Once completed, the report should be signed by both the landlord and the tenants. Once signed and uploaded to myRent for safekeeping, the condition report can be used as a point of reference for the future.

If there are any issues or disputes at the end of the tenancy, the myRent property inspection reports can easily assist with any uncertainties.

Property Inspections

It is important for both landlords and tenants that property inspections are carried out regularly. This allows the landlord to stay aware of the condition of the property and to maintain good relations between the landlord and tenant.

We created routine inspection report template to be used during physical inspections. It is designed to guide landlords room by room, to record intricate details of the property and to easily enter additional information about any object and its condition. This makes any damage easy to flag.

At the end of property inspection, the condition report should be signed and uploaded to myRent. It can now be easily accessed by both the landlord and the tenants, and can be used to compare the current condition of the property with how it was at the beginning of the tenancy.
