I have just purchased this house/unit for my own living some years into the future.
Because it will ultimately be my residence, I seek a tenant who will treat it appropriately.
Here’s the catch ....if you are this special tenant, I will rent it to you well below market rate!
I know rentals are in short supply in Papamoa and I could charge significantly more, but for the right person, I will share the benefits this property delivers.
Ideally this would suit a single working professional, or even a couple but if you don’t tick the following boxes, you may find other properties more suitable:
Quiet living...not suitable for hosting large social gatherings.
Consideration to neighbours....as the access is shared and the living area of others backs on to the property, you must be considerate and community minded.
Only one vehicle...whilst there is other off street parking, you may want to use the garage for storage and turning is easiest if the other parking is not occupied.
A tidy and hygienic person is a must....not being weird, but if you think you can treat the property other than if it was your own, you may want to look for something that will always be rented....this will be my home eventually.
A long term tenancy is sought...while I may look to live here in the future, I am after someone who requires at least an 18 month to 2 year tenancy. Longer can easily be accommodated.
If you think this may suit...let’s talk. The rental rate advertised is NOT what I want to charge....the more suitable you are, the less I will charge....yup not your average arrangement, but then you are likely to be an awesome tenant if this all makes sense.
