Our fully furnished villa is cosy, comfy and clean. It has not only three very good size bedrooms with master bedroom having a walk in wardrobe and ensuite there is also a study, dining area and living area. There is a flat screen television, heat pump and extra heaters for bedrooms if required. The neighbourhood is fantastic in that it is in close proximity to Eden Park, Morningside Precinct, Westfield St Lukes, Mt Eden, Dominion ride and a ten minute drive to Ponsonby and downtown Auckland. It is on a couple of main bus and train routes. We are happy to have short term rentals eg one month , three moths
