Lawn mowing is negotiable. The stated rent assumes the tenant is responsible for mowing. If you do not wish to mow lawns, lawn mowing can be arranged at an additional cost of $10/week.

Pets by negotiation. If you have a dog please bring it to the viewing so that we can meet it. House and garden not suitable for large energetic dog.

Please note: While appliances are provided these are nearing the end of their guarantee period, and I will not guarantee them. This means that if one breaks I will make a call if it is worthwhile repairing and if not you will need to provide your own. Obviously this does not apply to the heatpump and it is quite unlikely considering all the appliances are less than two years old. If you would rather bring your own appliances, just let me know.
