We are Family of at Four with A Kitten and we are looking for flatmate(s) in Forrest Hill, North Shore.

The house is a 4 bedrooms and we want to rent one out our basement unit.

The Area to BE Rented OUT Includes

- Living Room with Heat Pump (6x4) .-
- Dining and Pantry Area.
- Shower and Toilet.
- Independent Access .
- Laundry area is shared.
- Kitchen at the upper floor could be shared.

If you are driving, it's only few minutes away from the Highway.
Or bus ride to Smales Farm / Milford Shopping Center .

It's currently unfurnished so you could bring your own furniture. We can provide furniture or whiteware if required.
I.e. Bed, Sofa, Wardrobe, Study Table and chair. Others furniture could be discussed.
Also we could provide a portable or small electric stove for light cooking.

Broadband Internet, Fridge, Washing machine, Clothes drier

We ask for 2 weeks bond, 1 week in advance and 2 references.
Available to non smoker. Preferably single female professional or student.
For couple, the rent will be $350.
Rent includes power, water and broad band. If you use heat pump / heater, there will be a surcharge for power bill.
