The house has a number of levels that allows for a degree of separation and privacy, while still having the benefits of a large kitchen and two sizeable living areas. There are pleasant views of a green area and large pond from the naster bedroom. A small courtyard catches the sun in a sheltered area. This property is in a very good and tidy condition overall.
This property is down a ROW (Right of Way) which has about 5 other properties on it.
The property is NOT fully fenced off. This means that small children could venture out onto the ROW, and potentially even up onto the road. In this regard, families with very small children may want to reconsider applying or even viewing.
In the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, we also specify that the property cannot be used for short term sublets, such as AirBnB. It is our preference to have a longer term tenant, so we would give preference to applicants who are willing to sign up for a year long term, or close to it (eg to at least Feb 2021)
The limit on the number of permanent people living at the place is 7.
The parking on the site is relatively limited, so you need to be aware that parking on the street will be required if the total number of cars involved exceeds three.
There is also a small two bedroom dwelling (rented separately) physically adjoining the house. However the design is such that these properties are separated by the two garages, which minimises any noise transmission.
