Power, internet, netflix, and gas hot water included in rent. We are a working family living upstairs, so some level of noise travels down. Especially in the mornings as we get ready for the day and around dinner time. Shared laundry and shared backyard, with Trampoline, Swings, etc. Short walk to the lake. Looking for short term rentals, I.e. 3-6 month fixed term contract. Contract can potentially be renewed every 3-6 month.
