Fully furnished apartment in the Volt apartment complex on Queen Street

High up, nice views.

Private landlord, my old tenants are moving out on 29th December, I'll then be renovating the place as much as I can within a week. New carpets, brand new beds, walls painted and everything cleaned thoroughly. Please don't judge the photos too much as it will look much nicer when finished.

Most of these Volt apartments have useless old cookers, I've just upgraded the benchtop with a new sink and a nice new electric cooktop. Much faster and more efficient than the standard ones.

Close to Uni, Aotea Square, cinema, bottle shop downstairs, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Small gym downstairs, saves a little bit on gym memberships.

Water included, just power and internet costs to deal with. Power will be very low, I would estimate less than $20 a week at the most.

Any queries just ask. I aim to be the best landlord possible. Any issues will be dealt with promptly and I'll always try and help out where I can. Excellent building management on site if I'm not around to deal with something.

No parking in the building as there is not one assigned to this apartment, but I believe one can be rented from building management, alternatively there are some Wilson car parks nearby in the region of $60.00 a week for a space.
